What Dreams Are Made Of
What Dreams Are Made Of is a social art project created during my artist placement with Art in Hospitals.
I created boxes of sculptural materials and inspiration to highlight the importance of escapism through art. The concept of the box is inspired by dreams; dreams are visual metaphors created by our daily encounters, they help people process their days through endless possibilities of imagination. The sculpture boxes consist of everyday materials to inspire hospitals patients and care home residents to explore their daily lives from a new perspective, and take a breath from the world by playing and exploring new materials.
