Final Design Thesis

A radical approach of using Modular construction to give denizens more individual and collective control over their living and working lives, while tackling the urban issues of vacancy, dereliction and urban isolation caused by deindustrialisation and depopulation, and reigniting the relationship between people, industry and the arts.
